Donovan is a principal of Landmark Planning and manages major projects throughout Manitoba. Donovan has 16 years experience in the planning field. He was a business leader for the largest planning group in Manitoba for seven years and has an established reputation as a leader in effective public engagement practices. Donovan is an active volunteer in the planning community and has served as president of the Manitoba Professional Planners Institute and Vice President of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
