Hello, As a long time suburban and rural Winnipeg resident, I was unaware of the rich life a downtown dweller could experience until I returned 16 years ago. However, I also observe challenges. I would like to see a cohesive and more inclusive downton, and city in general, which would perhaps offer greater sense of community pockets, and which would be attractive in the sense that basic necessities are also addressed. Futhermore , in my scenario, our core is attractive, safe, affordable, and accessible for all who desire to dwell there. Hence , I am drawn to becoming much more involved in the solutions. Let's talk about transportation and identifying the speciific housing niches which need to be addressed sooner than later, please. Then let's DO it!
